I am really tired of link building. So, I want to focus on content on each site I own. Then interlink them to get ranked eventually. Are there any good hosting services where I can host my domains without leaving a footprint that I own them?

There aren't any specific hosting company that they can tell you that there will be no footprint. Even if you use WHOIS protection. And also why do you want to interlink your sites? I mean that's a bad idea, Google is going to find out that they all are owned by the same owner and you will get in trouble.

Swap domains with your friends hosting services. People do this all the time.
