I am looking for a tracking system that can do the most work for me. Such as analytics, clicks,conversions from affiliate product etc. Money here is not the factor so any recommendations?

Piwik is an open analytics platform. Its really good for tracking goals and conversions.

I will suggest 'Get Ambassador'. Its really a good one. But if you are looking for a cheap one which anyone can afford then I will suggest 'Adspeed'. You can also try it on a trial basis before buying it.
