I can say that some algo update or any kind of penalty update is going on. A great deal of west European traffic is on the surge. Yesterday was quite good in the terms of local traffic but today is not so much as of till now.

International traffic is down but effect local traffic is getting huge spikes. Conversions are medium are right now.

Few Website Drop their Ranking who is used keywords in their domain names. and Few Website jump 2-3 position in search ranking.
