I have a query here. How does the coupon sites make money? By selling coupons of discount offers how they are going to make profit from them.

Well they earn basically from affiliate marketing. Coupons of discount offers pays the seller and a percentage of their earnings are shared with the site owners.

Those basically incomes through commission from sales. Just like affiliate marketing.
