There is no such site or tool where or by which you can understand the google algorithms, you must buy some domains and do some experiments by the SEO, and watch the results of them. This method is know as the "Hit and Trial" method but trust me its the best way to observe the algorithms closely.

Google Hummingbird.
Google Mobile-Friendly Update.
Google Panda Update.
Google Penguin Update.
Google Pigeon Update.
Google Payday Update.
Google Pirate Update.
