Start with Google Adwrods PPC campaigns or facebook sponsored ads. Try not to invest all of your money at one time. Separately invest the amount to create separate campaigns so you can conduct experiments in order to have maximum conversions.

3 k per month is a decent start for your campaign online but further you have to invest more on to it.
