Hello,taking a look at some youtube videos,i have noticed that there is a complicated algorithm for top comment.
likes and commens aside,what are the factors for youtube to get top comment?

Depends on the comment. If it's a witty joke or a nice helpful response that gets upvoted, lovely!
However, that's hardly the case as the internet is full of miserable trolls that live off of ruining other's days. And as a YouTuber, it's really awful at the beginning to deal with. But you learn to ignore it in a few months or so.
There's an option that uploaded can turn on, which will show the newest comment first

To make a "top comment"-The video author can enable a pinned comment for top comment. Also, it depends on the quality factor of the Google+ account.

according to YouTube algorithm, more comments increase your video visibility among your audience. Good comments increase your video traffic shortly. People want to see your video after seeing comments.

If your comment is genuine than YouTube give priority to your comment. the last comment on YouTube is visible above.
