Which advertising network should I choose if I had low budget? And get the maximum conversions out of it. I am thinking about spending $100 per month in a sports niche.

Its truly a low budget. I can't think of any good PPC network in this budget except for facebook sponsored ads. If you are not interested in facebook then may be you should go for CPM networks there are plenty of good network who can give your ad thousands of impressions.

Try Adversal CPM network with $100 budget. I am sure you will get plenty of outreach and most likely conversions.
