Solo Ads on fiverr, are they good?

I found out some solo ads which are very cheap on fiverr? Are they any good? Can I get come conversions out of them?

In my opinion don't bother to buy them you may get some traffic from them but conversions that's along road. Though, I haven't used them but I haven't heard any good reviews also.

I tried them once. Trust me they are totally waste of money.
