Mobile traffic is awesome but much less conversions

I having a huge blast of traffic in my mobile version of my site. But the conversions from it less then 1%. Should I build an app to get needle moving? Have anyone faced this problem before?

Yeah, it may happen in this particular field. I will agree with you to build an app that might give you a boost.

I remember when I was using a mobile site to buy some stuff but I forgot my password and I didn't bought it from the site. But what if it was an app then the thing would have gone totally upside down. So, go with the app.

Creating an app is always effective but you will have to keep in mind the type of project you are dealing with. Ask yourself if you build an app then will you buy your stuff? See of it is as from neutral ground.

It doesn't mean that creating an app will increase your conversions remember that to consider your target audience first to provide them what they need and expectations from your brand.
