How to sale banners ads of my site??

One of my site is getting pretty much targeted quality traffic per day from organic searches most and also referral traffic from social media accounts. So, I think its time to monetize it by selling banner spaces of my site? How should I do it? And also please suggest me some good ad networks which pays are high.

There are plenty of ad networks which pays very good. Some of them are Google Adsense. media.net, buysellads etc. Just sign up as a publisher once they have approved you site then you can show ads. And earn from them.

I differ from point of view. If the site is getting targeted traffic and the amount is good then direct advertising is the best option to make maximum money.

Make a banner in your site or page saying 'Advertise with us'. Give your site details that how much traffic your are getting and what are the sources including the source country. If you are getting quality traffic then advertisers will come to you.

Here is another solution if you know who are the advertisers in your niche then you can directly contact them via emails. If they think that the traffic you are getting in your site is good then they will be happy to advertise in your site.
