Well my favorite blog promotion method is forum marketing. Apart from it I like to promote my blogs through Linkedin and Guest blogging.

Yeah I agree with 'Paul', forum marketing is one of my favorite promotion methods. But I like to promote my blogs in all social media channels as well. They are free and give much exposure to my content.

If you are trying to promote your entire blog then Guest Blogging is also a good one to do it. Creating great content and publishing them in high authority blogs in your niche gives you a boost of authority and keep the visitors flowing. Along with it you also gets high quality backlinks for you blog which will help you rank even better eventually.

Linkedin Groups are also very good. I publish a small preview of my every blog posts in it and it drives quite a lot of good traffic.

After publishing blogs in different blog posting websites, we should share its webpage link to social sites (e.g. Facebook, Twitter etc) for getting likes and traffic. This is the best promotion method.

I would have to say my favorite way of promoting my blog is by commenting on others' blogs. I find that when I leave detailed comments about an article they've written my traffic stats tend to shoot up. I just wish I had more time to visit blogs on the daily basis.

One of my favorite medium in promoting my blog is social media because there are lots of audience in these portal so that i can establish my page for the users by providing new and interesting content.
