They are not for small or medium sized sites. This host will do great with enterprise level sites. And also they are priced high so can tell that confidently they are not targeting small sites. But if you do avail them you will be amazed how good they are.

I've used HostPresto for a couple of client sites, and while the uptime has been solid, the customer support response times can be hit or miss. It's a decent option for small projects, but I wouldn’t rely on it for high-traffic or mission-critical websites.
