They do live upto their name in terms of support. I have used many hosts from greater London area they clearly stand out in support.
In terms of performance and other things they are good or average. Don’t expect them to handle large sites or setup that are far more complex such as handling an enterprise level setup. But they do a decent job handling medium and small sites.
