Our projects specifically needs phalconphp. Now whenever I ask for a host people often recommend me to go with DS or VDS services since I will wanting freedom t do what ever I like with the setup. But truth to be told those things are costly for us now. Since we are just startup and just starting out.
So, I am looking for a host which will give phalcomphp as an extension.

I believe many hosts do provide the option of changing php. You should ask.
