I am looking for the point of view of an advertiser.

I have used them as an advertiser not once they send me bad traffic. In fact they didn't even send me mediocre traffic. Their traffic quality of very high and also doesn't need much of any effort to get converted. As, an advertiser I totally recommend them. A 9/10 service. If you spend money then you will get it's ROI.
