Affiliate Program or Adsense, which one is better source to earn from home?

Both are very good to earn from home. But you will have to decide which one is good for you. If you are looking for ads those are targeted for your site's audience then adsense is not your option as in case of adsense you will have zero power to control the ads. And moreover adsense accounts often gets banned in that case you will loose all your money.
Affiliate Marketing programs are hard for beginners. You will need experience and professional work to get sales and earn through commission. If you site's daily visit rate under 5000 uv then I will suggest don't go for affiliate programs.

Affiliate is not much an easy to get sponsors, who wants to display adds on your website. For that your website should have that good PA and DA.
And Absence can be a good source for income if your website is having visitor to your website. Then apply for Absence and generate some income for your self.

Affiliate program is a process of promoting other company's product and services while taking commissions on it while Adsense is a paid advertisement wherein you can pay the search engine according to the clicks your ad gained.
