Keyword frequency shows the number of times a particular keyword appears in a page of any site. Search Engines uses it to determine the relevancy of any topic with the page content. More are the keyword frequency, the more is relevancy. But excessive keyword stuffing may lead any page to get spammed (red-flagged) by the Search Engines.
