Looking for a low paid solution

I am looking for a paid solution to Google Keyword planner. SEMrush is good but its a bit pricey. So, can anybody suggest any good alternative to them in low price.

According to me. There is no low budget solution. You have to pay atleast $100 as an average if you are looking for a paid solution.
