Which are the best Paid Directories?

I am looking for paid directories that actually make a difference. So, anybody here know which are the best ones?

Here are three of them Infobarrel, Helium and Constant Content. These premium directories.

Directory submission is no more helpful as Google considers these websites are thin sites with very less content. Hence these websites are rarely crawled and indexed today.

I would start with the Microsoft Small Business Directory and SEOMA.
