How to build content is a new niche? And there is no much reference.

If the niche is new then I am guessing that there will no or very little competition.
Start building your content by answering general FAQ's of your niche. See what your audience like. Build content according to them. Ask them what their problems are and try to solve it.

There always will be some queries about any niche that will fall among the general categories so find them and build content according to it. Find your audience and ask them what they need. Go through social groups and your niche related forums.
