There are several factors that one should keep in mind in order to get high open rates of their email marketing campaigns. Such as:

- Personalize the emails as much as you can. Address them with their names.
- Use a catchy headline that at instant comes to attention of the viewer. But don't make false promises in order to increase your open rates that will make you a spammer.
- Time your emails. Study your clients behaviors and send the emails according to it.
- Know which day to email. Business emails are less opened in public holidays and weekends so try to avoid them.
- Make short subject lines with call to action power.
