Generally, Clients have the mindset that if the SEO fee is comparatively bigger at a company then it is better than the other companies.
If you will charge less then the chances are that you will be considered unprofessional and new comer. So the choice is up to you!

The OP hasn't talked about SEO fee. :lol:
