Try Adclerks its best for small publishers.

I agree Adclerks is very good for small publishers. But if you haven't been accepted in Buysellads then you can also try Exponential. If you want good eCPM bids for your ads. Some might its for large publisher but I will say if you have 5k unique visits per day then you join it easily.

I wouldn't recommend Exponential. Its for huge publishers.
