They are comparatively a new company so I wouldn't complain much about their global reach. But they are good and they know exactly how things gets done. So, no worries you will be in good hands. I personally didn't preferred them at first since they are only providing these services since 2023 but they were a match for our budget so we bought. The servers are running without any problem or downtime. One time I have to contact them as I was not getting hold of our site online. They calmly managed the situation and diluted the tension by sending screenshots of my site saying that it was fault at my end.
