They used to be like Knownhost. But I don't know what happened to them. They quite fall from their ranks. Their infrastructure is outdated, is a complaint filed by many. And it also causes uptime issues along with their support being not consistent enough (which is bound to happen in these type of situation even if their support is not bad). Anyway, my experience with them is quite nice actually. I got a Dedi from them. Which was not outdated and also I find their support to be moderately good. Many also complain about the lack of advanced features in their basic plans. Which in my case just was not there since I bought a separate (Dedicated) server. Performance wise they are good and can compete with the best. Also, I haven't faced any uptime issues with them till now.
I would rate them as:
Performance 9/10
Support 8/10
UI 9/10
Plans 7/10
Pricing 10/10
If they can improve their above mentioned issues which others have faced and complained. I am sure they could be one of the best in the market.
