Need provider that allows custom server configurations

I need a provider that allows custom server configurations and rarecloud.io is in my mind, do you know them? 
How good are they?

I have not really used rarecloud server, but their web hosting is okay. There are other providers like hostviber.com that also allows customization for cpu, ram, storage, ips and network interfaces
