I dealt with similar issues last year and what helped was switching to a cloud auto dialer. It cut down the wait time between calls and made the whole process smoother. You don’t have to install heavy stuff on your system either, which was a huge bonus for me. Everything synced easily, and it worked well even when my internet wasn’t perfect. Worth trying if you're managing lots of daily calls.
