It is one of the few host’s where one customer says one thing and another one the complete opposite. But I will tell you my experience since I was confused at first as well when I was just browsing their services and looking for feedbacks. They are truly great yes support can be a bit slow if you are not from US but it is also very minimal. Majority of the users wouldn’t even face anything. Since they are primarily a VPS service so many users looking for VDS or Dedis won’t find their plans suitable but it’s ok. Those people are the least since they are below 1%.
