They don't work on game servers such as Minecraft other than that they are great. Haven't found any simple complaints regrading them from our clients who use their services.
I myself have tried them once or twice. They are good that I will give but they are bit slow. Rotating proxies are bound to be a bit slow some would argue so I guess there is that.
Also if you are having problem with some block ports then I will suggest that you directly contact them, it would get resolved fast.
