I however have faced not good support. They were late to get the correct answer to my problem like for an hour late. It was a basic addon installation query most host's get it just by a one liner in the chat. But they were not understanding my query. What it looked like was that their technical expert could have been not present at that time and they were stalling. Apart from that no problems.
