If your audience is present their and you are certain that they won't mind your offers then why not?
Usually these kind of deals occur through brokers and/or marketplaces. SM's are not meant for it. But targeted audience is always welcomed for any kind of sales or deals.
Facebook has many private groups which have plenty of vendors and customers as well. You should try some of those. But remember don't over impose, people visit social media for fun.Build good relationship first then pitch.
