No, there are no tools. If you want your content to be a star according to SEO and rank well in the SERP's then just build content which helps your audience along with the content has to be unique. And perform elementary on-page optimization such as headers, meta description, tags etc then outreach it through proper channels. You will do just fine in the search results.
