For me it was Linkedin as it helped tremendously to grow my B2B marketing clients. I will give:

Linkedin- 5/5
Facebook- 3.5/5
Twitter- 3.5/5
Google Plus- 3/5
Stumbleupon- 4/5 (as in case for web traffic)
