Do you guys buy links - what are the conditions?

I have bought links before, but I think the main thing is relevance and quality. I would look at the website's traffic, niche relevance, backlink profile, and whether the site has real content instead of just selling links. I also prefer a site where the link is placed naturally in relevant content.
