Help me for indexing open-cart website in Google.

robots.txt is updated for all the urls starting after ? but i cannot remove them from webmaster. if i remove them with / at the end of the url than its ok. but my urls are without / and when removed from webmaster this is %E2%80%8E added to the end of the URL changing the destination entirely.
