I remember for the first time when I did email marketing. I put images to make my emails attractive but i never optimized those emails so they were very large and many of my readers did spam me. :lol:
So, my suggestion is to you that if you are putting images in your mails then optimize your images properly. Put the click-able links in distances so users may not get confused or misclick any link. Keep you emails short but to the point. And also in order to increase your CTR don't put the links in the first position. It may be okay for desktop users but for mobile it decreases your trustworthiness.
