Can more than one attribute be present in one link?

What I mean is the no-follow, noopener, ugc all these can be present in just one link? By combination.

Well you can use combination. Which will be more than one ofcourse.

No-opener goes with all of them. But if you want to add no-follow to ugc or sponsored along with it then also its fine.
