Specially when I have a dedicated IP for the site. And for some reason I have to change to a shared one. Will it impact my rankings and SEO some how?

No, it doesn't effect your SEO. Unless the new IP is causing any kind of loading delay of your page that is causing time out for your audience.

They don't have any effect. Loading delay may be an issue but its a long shot trouble and moreover its not at all concerned for small sites.
