Found some good keywords which I can get ranked but there is not much content around it, What to do?

Arn't you able to generate some content for those keywords by yourself? I mean if its in your own niche then you can do it right!!

No, a problem if there isn't much content for the keyword but The title is important because it is one of the key descriptive factors of the article and signals to search engines what the content is about.
There is no obligation to include the keyword in its exact form.
