A link will always pass link juice. No-follow links just mean that the juice goes to no-one.

A link is a gateway. So, it will always pass link juice. A no-follow tag just means that the link juice just don't reach to the referred page.

if you set them to No follow, it won't pass the link juice and crawlers will not crawl that page or link. So it won't pass link juice when you set it to rel=nofollow.

Yes of course it will not stop passing link juice if you are making no-follow backlinks, No-follow means the link will not get crawl by SE crawler.
Making links no-follow, will it stop leaking link juice??
