My entire Blog has been copied? I just found it two days ago that an another domain has a site which is entirely mine. Even they are using the same template, design and CMS. And the fun thing is that when I do something in my site it automatically gets updated in that site too. What to do guys?

It sounds like that your site is being framed. It is a problem that is not your fault at your end.
You can add a header to your pages via htaccess that prevents their ability to frame your site:
Header append X-Frame-Options SAMEORIGIN.

I agree. Its framed for sure. I had this problem for one of my blog's a while back.

First step that you can take is sending a polite email to the website owner informing that he had copied content from my website. Copying content is illegal and asks him to remove your copyrighted work. Wait for a response from website owner for the next 5-6 business days.
