No they don't have any effect in SEO. They are only good for outreach.

Yes, they are useful but you should only use those websites that are at least a year old. There are many fresh social bookmarking sites which hardly provide any exposure to our website.

The web pages we bookmarked at social bookmarking sites is considered as a quality backlink in the eyes of search engines. And we all know that the quality backlinks helps us to increase blog traffic and Google Page Rank.

Yes, It does help out but don’t expect great results. Most these sites do have high DA but either they no-follow the link or the PA of the page is too low for any significant effect to your rankings.
These can be considered as pillow links.
It does help in SEO Efforts but only a bit
