I'm new to smma and am attempting to understand how to begin. What are some methods for locating issues and presenting them to customers.

You need to study the marketing plan and results. It'll give you a hint on where you can improvise.

To find out the mistake in the existing plan, you should go through it and must have knowledge/experience about the same to make it better.
