301 redirect of an image to HTML

If I redirect 301 an image to HTML file of mine. Then will it pass the link juice?

Yeah, they are going to pass the link juice. But as your keyword will be shown in the general search term instead of Image search section, so it may take some time to get you ranked.

I'm interested with reference to how regardless you're getting Google and Bing guests after their awesome picture snatches two or three years or so back?

My picture locales have lost more than 90% of their PVs since the snatch, do you have your site secured with the goal that viewers HAVE to visit your site for growths and so on?
