As a hosting client, saving one or two dollars per month is not worth the loss of a few hundred or a few thousand dollars when your site goes down.

Yes, if you are looking for only a Java-specialized hosting provider, jvmhost.com  is right in this way.
Reasonably priced and good support. Servers are fast and dependable.
