Is hostinger Canada really a good option now?

For small and medium sized sites, yes.

For large ones I have seen them having problem with their uptime. And also they do much better to host a static site rather than a dynamic one. Complex sites of medium sized sites also show no problem in running but while migration you might wanna handle it personally since they tend to corrupt files or miss uploads of certain elements.
