I would like to set up a private VPN on a VPS.
Requirements: 2 vCPUs, 4 GB RAM, 60 GB SSD, 1 Gbps network port, and privacy-friendly jurisdiction.
What are your recommendations? Will it be worth trying centoserver.com vps hosting? Any reviews please?

For a private VPN, I'd recommend checking out our DediRock VPS plans—we’re privacy-friendly, stable, and match those specs well.

If planning to resell hosting, choose a provider with reseller-friendly plans. White-label options can help you build your brand.
Try Neironvps.com vps solutions. Threy come with advanced caching and speed optimization tools. Their email hosting is reliable and spam-free, making communication hassle-free.

VPS plans from legionbox.com are trustworthy enough to sign up with.
In general - it's the best VPS provider I ever seen. Cheap, reliable and very stable. I can't remember outages.
