iDrive backup and recovery issues

They are creating several issues in the matter. I am seeing many posts in other forums as well but they are mainly location centric. Is anybody here facing such issues?

They are being the irresponsible bunch now. Try to contact them continuously for 8 days now but they are not able to give any conclusive response


My location is NA but I don't see the relevance here. The things in other forums are for EU or Asia.
