Recently I tried AdSharky. So, here it goes.
They are good for small time publishers as well as advertisers. Minimum payout is $10 and also advertisers can start campaign with only $25. But what they lack is their ad format limitations with the giants clawing every inch of this industry they need to work hard and fast. Because their competitors are literally the biggest and the baddest in town.
So, far a few months in. I haven't faced any issue as a publisher or as an advertiser. They looks good overall.
